- 2004 Cumberland County Winter Lecture Series - Escape the "winter blues" and join the Sandhills Area Land Trust and the Cumberland County Public Library for their 3rd Annual Natural History Winter Lecture Series. Learn from the experts what is rare and unusual in the Sandhills. The lectures will be held in the Pate Room at the Cumberland County Public Library, 300 Maiden Lane, Downtown Fayetteville at 7 pm.

The main SALT office is located at 140-A SW Broad St. in Southern Pines, next to the Broad St. Bakery. The Fayetteville office is at 310 Green St., Suite 201. Come prepared with snacks, water, cameras, binoculars, insect repellent, sunscreen, and other necessary gear.
